Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Neon Game Grid ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Neon Game Grid is an online platform for tabletop card game players to host and join virtual battle sessions, connect with friends, and track gameplay statistics. The Service includes real-time video, shared game tools, and social features.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Neon Game Grid. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• One account per person — do not create duplicate accounts.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Share explicit, hateful, or harmful content
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the Service
• Impersonate other users or Neon Game Grid staff
• Use bots or automated tools to interact with the Service

Neon Game Grid offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period.

You retain ownership of any content you post. By posting, you grant Neon Game Grid a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and transmit that content as part of the Service. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Neon Game Grid is not responsible for any third-party content or services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neon Game Grid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice.
