Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly:

• Account information: email address, username, display name, and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth)
• Profile data: biography, avatar, favorite TCGs, game history
• Session data: dice rolls, game actions, and session statistics
• Communications: direct messages between users on the platform
• Payment information: billing handled by Stripe — we do not store card numbers

We also collect automatically:

• Browser type, IP address, and device information
• Usage patterns and feature interactions
• Online/offline presence indicators

• To provide and improve the Service
• To authenticate your identity and manage your account
• To process subscription payments via Stripe
• To enable multiplayer sessions and social features
• To send account-related emails (confirmations, password resets)
• To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL with Row Level Security). Video sessions use LiveKit — video streams are not recorded or stored. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication tokens, and access controls.

Neon Game Grid uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• LiveKit — real-time video
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email
• Vercel — hosting and edge network

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication sessions and preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but some parts of the Service may not function correctly.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data via your profile settings
• Delete your account and all associated data (Settings → Account → Delete Account)
• Export your data — contact us at the email below

EU/UK users have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR, including data portability and the right to object to processing.

Neon Game Grid is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
